Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Time Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–9 business days depending on your location. This timeframe is separate from processing time and excludes weekends.

Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.

Order Tracking As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier's system.

Where We Ship We currently ship exclusively within the United States, with plans to expand internationally in the future.

Lost Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at Bunioncare@gmail.com. We'll work with the carrier to track it down. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
